I just tried to mod another sound file in a video game. If this works, it'll be awesome...

Edit: Maybe worked?
I don't know which music file goes to what stage. I made a guess and replaced the song file called "Neurotoxin" and then played the Aperture map. Didn't hear the song I tried to add. Wrong stage maybe, but you can see why I thought Neurotoxin and Aperture were related.

Mah Boi But what you do not realize is I have won before we even begun! This is a 'cool gray' shade which indicates a slight mixture of the blue variety =| And well furthermore I'm Mega10 I\'m happy So that's an auto win too.

But it is not blue, it is still grey. It is merely tinted blue, which does not qualify as a full-on blue color.

and though you name is Mega10, I do not see how it relates to the relative blueness of this forum, nor the orangeness of my name. Yeah Right

Cool grays are colors that are noticeably blueish gray, cyanish gray, greenish gray, or violetish gray.

Cool gray is a medium light color gray mixed with the color blue.

This color is a dull shade of blue-gray.

(identified as a tone of "gray blue" or "grayish blue

---------

THEREFORE........ from what I see the majority of this sight blend blue and gray into a mix which means......we are BOTH right. However I am moreso right, because I am Mega10 =U

Such discoveries hint that a treaty should be made I\'m not impressed HOWEVER I am REPULSED to form any sort of treaty with someone with such an ORANGE name what the heck?

Therefore I stand by my opposition and declare that I demand full out war. Devious Rage

All depends. I can assign any color/effect to whoever I want =U XDDD Most by default are set to black because I accidentally hit undo or something.

ORANGE name up there. Asked me to make his name orange so I did =U But I still have full rights to complain about it. I love it more

More ways to die horribly I'm guessing. Which I am honestly looking forward to hearing stories about while telling myself "I should REALLY play this game."

@ The Tenth: Just like the politicians.

Sorry, my mind is on politics. I just wrote up a brief summary of what I would do if I were president. Wanna give it a read? It's lulzy.

Quote :
If I was president, I would remove every chair from Congress. Not Chairmen, I mean the physical chairs you sit on. Then I would promise to give them back once the nation was mostly "fixed". Or at least visible progress was made.
When the media asks me why I did this, I will reply that it costs less taxpayer money than to buy a boot to put up every individual congressman's [butt].

I'd probably figure out a sort of punishment for if they simply complained about how they can't work without chairs, which is exactly what an immature politician would do. Maybe hit him with a rolled up newspaper with the current national debt on the front page, I dunno.

I don't know which music file goes to what stage. I made a guess and replaced the song file called "Neurotoxin" and then played the Aperture map. Didn't hear the song I tried to add. Wrong stage maybe, but you can see why I thought Neurotoxin and Aperture were related.

Randomly playing the game, the song finally popped up.
Guess it shuffles the music at random to keep things varied.

I added Bowser's Castle from Mario Kart 7 into Killing Floor. I dunno why but that song screams "Shoot some zombies!" to me for some reason.

Doesn't it? At least a little? Give it a listen while picturing yourself fighting off some zombies.

Sadly the song I tried to replace with it turned out to be an ambient "Between Fights" sort of song, so I didn't actually kill anything while listening to it. Just bought weapons and ran around.
Also need to increase the song's volume a bit if I get around to editing it some more.

Wow, I just made a lot of friends on popular Brony site, Equestria Daily.

I just said this in response to a video called "Bronies react to Teens react to My Little Pony". (Where the "teens" were being judgmental idiots toward the show and bronies.)

Go back to playing Call of Duty and yelling profanity into your microphone with your crackly prepubescent voice, kiddies. This show's for grownups.
And now everyone's high-fiving me.
(Well, bro-hoofing, not high-fiving. But I translate to "normal" speak when I post on this forum.)

Another dream.
This time I was with some group of fighters that sparred regularly.

I managed to piss off a really big guy, so to help me survive my next fight I brought in a weapon: A double-barreled shotgun.
Now like most video game fighters, guns were incredibly non-lethal. It does damage to be sure, but a couple of bullets kill no one.

This weapon was like a mix between TF2's Force-A-Nature and Killing Floor's Hunting Shotgun, with the ability to propel me into the air when fired downward, and the ability to fire both barrels at once. This combined with the long reload time of a break-action shotgun opened up a whole new array of battle strategies! And more importantly: was damn fun to use!
Think of shooting it as a special/heavy attack and standard bashing him with the gun as the light/medium attacks.

This guy brought in a machine gun with a spinning sawblade on the end. Near the end of the battle he got too close with the blade and I had to use my gun as a shield. This tore it up and it became useless aside from when used as a club. Still managed to win though.
Afterward I spoke with the fight organizer and weapons were allowed to be used in standard battles. I got a new shotgun for it!

I'm guessing I had a fighting dream 'cuz last night I played BlazBlue with MarioGamer after the convention. Got quite a few wins in despite not knowing any character attacks due to a rule I learned from other fighting games: Special attacks are nice, but are only good for certain circumstances. Standard attacks and jump combos will rule the rest of the time, which are the same in nearly every fighter for nearly every character.

Well, in ALL my dreams I fight someone/something, but this one was actually like a fighting game.

Now if you'll excuse me I want to see if I can recreate my dream with the Force-A-Nature in TF2.

Funny actually, I had a dream last night where the Scout got a new unlock which was a single-shot rifle that did around 140-150 damage at mid range.

Also; related to dwarf fortress, dwarves and other races can now write books! They often churn them out about things they like or have experienced, so you often find dwarves suddenly announcing that they just wrote a book called "The Moose: Natural or Supernatural"

My favourite so far though, was a vampire who infiltrated my fortress by pretending to be a farmer. He liked to throw in a few good words about vampires to the other dwarves, and eventually wrote a book called "Your Friend, the Vampire"
